This unit was my Sellers “writer’s crash pad” before she decided to sell it. It was dated and hadn’t really been touched since she bought it, and likely long before that. With a daughter off to college she wanted top dollar for the condo to help with the tuition bill!
We refinished the parquet floors a dark espresso color to neutralize the pattern, painted the walls a crisp white and created an accent around the fireplace with paint and the same quartz we used in the kitchen. The kitchen was a complete redo as well and we opted for a warm wood color and black counters from IKEA to keep the budget in line. We added glass fronts above the sink to keep it open as much as possible while still providing storage.
The bathroom was just a new vanity and sink, new floors, upgraded lighting, and reglazing the tub and tile surround.
The Seller got multiple offers and was very happy.
